The Ready-Heat Blanket is comprised of 3 major components: the nonwoven blanket, the heating (chemical) element and the vacuum-sealed
outer translucent polybag... and each Ready-Heat Blanket heats to approximately 40C (104F) for up to 8 hours when the blanket is simply exposed to ambient air.
It takes 15-30 minutes to reach full operating temperature. The Ready-Heat Blanket is completely disposable and has been produced in a variety of sizes - using synthetic
non-woven fibers. These potentially life-saving heating blankets come individually sealed in an oxygen free protective poly-bag. When the poly-bag is opened, the contents of the
sealed-in heating elements react with the oxygen in the atmosphere and generate heat.

All Ready-Heat Blankets are water repellent & UV protected.

Unlike small heat packs, only Ready-Heat Blankets provide a convenient, ready to use
wide-surface heated area that remains warm to 104 Fahrenheit (40 C) for hours of warmth.

Nonwoven Blanket
The synthetic blanket material is medical disposable bedding made of nonwoven spunbond consisting of 98% polycapronamide and 2% titanium dioxide.
The 100% Nonwoven is 120 grams, blue color with a water esistant finish. The blanket is comprised of heating panels that are securely placed in sealed pockets.

Heating Element
Each 20cm x 26cm (per pocket) comprised of a face side non-woven fabric inside polyethylene laminate film needle punched, the chemical ingredients include:
iron powder (50-60%), water (15-25%), activated charcoal (5-10%), water vermiculite (1-3%), salt (2-5%), wood powder (2-5%) and water absorptive powder (0.1-1%).

Translucent Polybag
Each and every Ready-Heat Blanket is vacuum-packed to stay fresh - and is sealed in a dual-layer translucent bag - deployment-ready, rain or shine!
